Shipping Policy
For items currently in stock, orders placed will be processed for shipping within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. If an item happens to be out of stock, we will promptly get in touch with you.
We ship all our products via trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and utilize LTL service providers for oversize items.
Depending on availability, your item may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, one of our 3rd party warehouses, or from our facility in Arizona.
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged at your location, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed instructions. It's crucial to report any damaged items to the shipping carrier immediately, and notify HKP Motorsport Solutions within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you do receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
Keep the product along with its original packaging and box.
Create a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
Once we receive the email with the above information, HKP Motorsport Solutions will contact the shipper to arrange a pickup if necessary. DO NOT send it back to the return address without prior written approval from HKP Motorsport Solutions.
Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a replacement or credit accordingly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure you have the best experience possible.
