The new Sterckenn splitter for the front end of the 2020 BMW M8 takes the virtues that are associated with the company's products to a new level. Since 2019 Sterckenn has been offering a single-unit carbon fibe front lip for the G15 8-Series that proved to be highly successful among the clients around the world. 

Starting from the autumn of 2020, Sterckenn's portfolio will be  enriched by yet another addition. Carefully tailored for all three M8 body styles (Coupe, Convertible and GranCoupe), the new three piece splitter. 

Its looks dominated by the three dramatic vertical bars on the middle component, inherits the company's new design language, which is more characteristic and functional at the same time.

Sterckenn's timeless, restrained approach to aesthetics underlines the visual drama of the BMW M models rather that diminish it. Sterckenn's splitter can be used both with the stock BMW bumper and with the M Performance accessories. Thanks to its add-on form, it be can conveniently installed or retracted at any time to restore the to its original condition.

Dividing the splitter to the three independent components has already proved highly effective in the X3/X4 M Sterckenn unit. The idea brings the advantage of lower maintenance cost, as in the case of a scratch or damage, the owner can replace just one component rather than replacing the whole set. The solution also allowed the main section to be cleverly installed a few millimetres above the sides ones for greater approach angels and obstacle clearance. 

Despite the boutique scale of activity, Sterckenn's work meets the quality standards by large OEM Manufacturers. The company uses fine pre-preg carbon fiber, finished in a striking twill weave pattern.
